Rena's Flowers Of Merritt (Flowers of Merritt) is family owned and operated by Ralph D Merritt III, his wife, Gloria and son, Steve (manager).  Rena’s Florist began in 1954 with Ralph, Sr., Rena and son, Ralph III.  In 1982, Rena's moved from Fort Lauderdale to Plantation, where Ralph and Gloria took over the business.  Steve grew up working in the shop and is now running the day to day business.  As your Plantation Florist, we serve Plantation, Plantation Acres, Fort Lauderdale, Sunrise, Jacaranda, Davie, Weston, Tamarac, Coral Springs, Cooper City, Pembroke Pines, Bonaventure, Miramar, Lauderhill, Lauderdale Lakes, Southwest Ranches, Hollywood, Oakland Park, South and West Pompano, and Wilton Manors. Nationwide and International orders can be placed and one of our select Teleflora florists will fill your floral needs. The 3 generations of the Merritt family and Rena's Flowers of Merritt have served as your Plantation, FL florist and Ft Lauderdale, FL florist for over 55 years.

We service all local hospitals - Westside Regional, Plantation General, Broward General, Cleveland Clinic, University Hospital, Memorial, Memorial West, Memorial Miramar, Memorial Pembroke, Coral Springs Medical Center, Health South Rehab, and others. We also deliver to local funeral homes - TM Ralph Plantation and Sunrise, Fred Hunter, Forest Lawn, Boyd, Mizell-Kurtz, McWhite, Fairchild, Kraeer, Baird Case, Barbara Falowski, Elijah Bell, Grace, Scarano and others.

Our large inventory of fresh flowers is flown daily direct from Holland, California, Columbia, Ecuador, and Hawaii. This allows us, your Plantation flower shop, to provide the best quality and selection. We carry a variety of indoor plants, dish gardens, such us Spathiphyllum (Peace Lily),orchids, gardenias, azaleas, African Violets, and kalanchoes.

Our shop is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.

We are closed on Sundays.

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 2 day(s) before holidays that fall on Sundays and 1 day prior to the other major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

A minimum local delivery fee of $8.00 will be added to each order, for each address. For deliveries outside our local delivery area, there will be a $9.00 Rena’s service charge and $5.00 delivery charge which is given directly to the delivering florist. This $5.00 fee will help ensure the value of the delivery being made.

U.S. orders must be received before 12:00 noon in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day. If the delivery must be made the same day and it is after 12:00 noon, please call us directly.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.

Sunday deliveries for parties and funerals are available. Please contact us directly at (954)472-5322. Otherwise, deliveries requested for Sunday will be delivered the following business day.

Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.

We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
